Every license is yearly and covers one person. Add-ons are one time and yours to keep. The form works out your total for any number. Purchase orders are for yearly licenses only. Questions business offices ask
What is a transferable license?
An SSAS license is for one educator. For $150 more per license, per year, it becomes transferable: if that educator leaves, the license moves to the staff member who takes over at the start of the next year.
Can we pay for the quarterly plan with a purchase order?
No. Purchase orders are for yearly licenses only. The quarterly plan is paid by card on the membership page.
Do you need the names to send a quote?
No. The names and email addresses come later, after the purchase order is signed and returned.
When are the accounts set up?
As soon as we have your approved, signed purchase order and your list of names, each person gets an email with their own login.
How is SEL School-Wide Solutions priced?

Do you offer in-person professional development?
Yes. Book a free consultation and we will plan it around your district's calendar.
What happens when our year ends?
Each license runs for one year from the day we receive your purchase order. We send a renewal invoice around the tenth month. If we have not received a new purchase order or payment by the end of the twelfth month, the licenses end.
Does your school or district require a W-9?
We provide one upon request. Check the W-9 box on either form, and we will email it to you.
